OHBA’s surveying technology and civil engineering capability, which have been accumulated since its inception, contributed greatly to Japan’s reconstruction of its national land that was ravaged by the losing war. In the reconstruction project for the Great East Japan Earthquake, OHBA is playing a role in the construction of a disaster-resilient town with the thoughts of the disaster-afflicted people.
